Aire Salon Studios is a one-stop shop for beauty, with an array of businesses all under one roof.
Massage therapists. Skin therapists. Hair stylists. Nail salons.
Aire, located on Brick Boulevard, in Brick, is Lancin's vision come to reality.
"We've created something that we wanted in our industry for many years," said Lancin, the owner of Concept Salon & Blowout Bar in Marlboro, who is a skin therapist among other skills.
Eighteen of the 31 suites are occupied so far, said Lancin, who has 20 years of experience in the industry.

Lancin wants clients to feel like they can take a breath of fresh air and spread their wings. "Our logo is a bird to symbolize freedom and flying," Lancin said.
There is a common lounge area with a concierge which has the feel of a five-star hotel, she said.
Open since August, Aire Salon Studios is holding its grand opening celebration on Dec. 10 with Brick Mayor Lisa Crate doing the ribbon-cutting honors at 11 a.m.
"This event marks a significant milestone for us and for the multitude of businesses inside of Aire Salon Studios," Lancin said.
The official grand opening will be filled with food from local businesses, refreshing drinks, and an overall atmosphere of celebration, Lancin said.
